"The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change."
-Carl Rogers
I'm Sarah (she/her). I am a licensed mental health counselor who specializes in supporting adults navigating OCD and anxiety disorders. My work often includes helping individuals manage intrusive thoughts, uncertainty, and emotional overwhelm, including during major life transitions such as career changes, moving to a new city, or starting a family.
My approach is relational and person-centered, integrating evidence-based practices like Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), DBT, and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for PTSD.
In sessions, we focus on understanding your past and building practical skills to respond differently in the present — strengthening coping, improving self-talk, and fostering healthier habits and relationships.
My goal is to meet you where you're at, and support you in becoming more resilient, empowered, and self-directed.
The time is always right to prioritize your mental health.
