Practice Owner, Licensed Mental Health Counselor
OCD, social anxiety disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, body-focused repetitive behaviors (skin picking, hair pulling), and related symptoms such as depression, anger, avoidance, and distorted thinking.
Friendly, warm, and validating. I take an integrated, person-centered approach that values the unique experiences and perspectives of each client. My work is relational and dynamic, blending empathy, collaboration, and attunement with evidence-based practices to support growth and healing.
I am trained in Exposure & Response Prevention (ERP), Comprehensive DBT, and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for PTSD.
Sessions will explore past experiences and their impact, while building skills for the present — strengthening coping skills, creating new habits, improving self-talk, increasing values-based activiites, and enhancing relationships.
My goal is to meet clients where they're at while empowering them to be vulnerable, self-directed, and resilient.
I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, and life transitions.
