"The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change."
-Carl Rogers
I'm Sarah (she/her). I am a licensed mental health counselor who specializes in supporting adults navigating OCD and anxiety disorders. My approach is relational and person-centered, integrating evidence-based practices like Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), DBT, and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for PTSD.
In sessions, we focus on understanding your past and building practical skills to respond differently in the present — strengthening coping, improving self-talk, and fostering healthier habits and relationships.
My goal is to meet you where you're at, and support you in becoming more resilient, empowered, and self-directed.
Delaney (she/her) offers a supportive and collaborative space for teens and adults to explore life’s challenges and build greater balance in their lives. She integrates mindfulness, CBT, parts work (IFS), and existential approaches to help clients manage anxiety, depression, stress, and relationship concerns.
Delaney helps clients strengthen coping skills, deepen self-understanding, and develop strategies for personal growth. She is completing her clinical training under the supervision of Sarah Van Munster, LMHC.
The time is always right to prioritize your mental health.
