I provide clinical supervision and professional consultation for mental health professionals, with a focus on anxiety and OCD.
Services are designed to support clinicians in skill development, case conceptualization, learning and applying evidence-based practices, and professional growth.
For clinicians pursuing LMHC licensure in New York, I offer supervision that meets state requirements.
Supervision sessions focus on:
Case conceptualization and treatment planning
Evidence-based interventions (e.g., CBT, ERP for anxiety/OCD)
Professional development and ethical practice
Format: One-on-one sessions (in-person or secure video conference)
Documentation: All supervision hours are logged and documented for New York licensure purposes.
I also provide specialty consultation for licensed clinicians (LMHCs, LCSWs, psychologists, and other independent licensed providers).
Consultation sessions focus on:
Challenging cases or complex clients
Treatment planning and intervention strategies
Specialty guidance in anxiety and OCD care
Professional skill refinement
Format: One-on-one sessions (in-person or secure video conference)
Note: These consultation sessions do not count toward licensure hours, but are intended to provide guidance and support in your clinical work.
Sessions can be scheduled weekly, biweekly, or monthly, depending on your needs. Rates are available upon request.

Q: Who can receive supervision or consultation from you?
